Are your bags vegan?

Our bags are crafted using eco-conscious materials and ethical manufacturing processes. We prioritize sustainability without compromising on quality, ensuring you get a durable and stylish product that’s kind to the planet.

Are the bags machine washable?

No, the bags are not machine washable. To care for them properly, it's best to gently wipe them with a damp cloth. This helps preserve the material and keep the bag looking its best over time.

Is the Ultimate Mama Bag waterproof?

The bag is made from water-resistant materials, which means it can handle light spills or splashes. 

Do your bags come with a warranty?

Delivery times can vary depending on your location. Generally, local orders are delivered within a week or two, while international orders may take a little longer. You'll receive a notification once your order is on the way.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We are expanding our reach to the US and offer international shipping. Prices for US customers are set in USD to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping within Australia typically takes around 2–3 weeks, while international delivery may require additional time depending on the destination and local customs processes.

 

 

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking information by email so you can follow its progress.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

You can return your item within a set timeframe typically around 30 days as long as it’s unused and in its original condition. Some exclusions, like sale items or gift cards, may apply.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
